When applying for recruitment, Cloudsultants Limited processes the data specified in your resume, such as first name, last name, address, gender, contact information, photo and other information that identifies you, as well as information from persons who have given feedback about you, if you have expressly authorised contact with the relevant persons. Cloudsultants Limited processes your data for the purpose of recruitment administration, for example to refer to your application and contact you (invite for interviews). Cloudsultants Limited sends your information to Employers to process your data in order to evaluate your competence and suitability for the specific position.

Upon receiving your application, Cloudsultants Limited has a legal interest in processing your application, evaluating the information provided in it, organising the negotiation procedure, carrying out negotiations and providing evidence that supports the legal course of the relevant process. Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Owner and the User shall be retained until such contract has been fully performed.
Personal Data collected for the purposes of the Owner’s legitimate interests shall be retained as long as needed to fulfil such purposes. Cloudsultants Limited may be allowed to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever the User has given consent to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn.
